Booking Policy:

• As per the booking policy, we require 40% of the total amount as a token advance, which you can deposit in our Bank account.
• 100% amount is required at the of booking, for train and flight tickets Bookings.
• Balance amount is required on arrival in India or starting of tour.

Note:

Balance will be required before check in to hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

• 20% Cancellation Of The Package Cost After Confirmation/Issuing The Hotel Voucher
• 30% Cancellation Of The Package Cost Before 30 Days Of The Travelling Date
• 50% Cancellation Of The Package Cost Before 15 Days Of The Travelling Date
• 100% Cancellations Before 07 Days Of The Travels Date
• In Case Passenger Is No Show At The Time Of Departure, 100% Of Tour Cost Shall Be Detected
• If any train and flight tickets cancellation will be applicable as per Indian railway / airline rules andrefund / adjustment can be given only
• In case tour includes any flight or train booking. Full amount for train and flight will be required

• 5% Service Charges and any Bank charges will not be refunded in any case, if booking cancelled any time after confirmation of arrangement

Refund policy:

Any refund will be processed only after 15 days after receiving the written cancellation request.
